Graphic Designer Remote · project-based · paid per project

We're looking for a graphic designer for branding, packaging, social and ad campaigns. Work on real brand projects — from identity to finished production-ready assets.

What you'll do

  • Design for social and digital campaigns: posts, stories, banners for different platforms
  • Identity and branding tailored to project needs
  • Ad layouts and adapting brand style across different media
  • Presentations and key visuals
  • Working alongside the art director, copywriters and motion designers

What matters to us

  • Confident in Figma + Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A strong sense of composition, typography and color
  • A portfolio of real projects: brands, social, campaigns
  • Understanding of formats and export for different platforms
  • A plus: motion (After Effects), 3D, AI tools (Midjourney, gpt-image)

We're looking for a packaging and product designer: from concept and structure to CGI renders and print-ready files. Work on real brand lines in Russia and abroad.

What you'll do

  • Packaging design: concept, structure / dielines, graphics
  • Adapting lines and sub-brands for shelf and marketplaces
  • CGI renders and 3D visualization of packaging and product
  • POSM and point-of-sale materials
  • Preparing files for print, working with print shops and production

What matters to us

  • Confident in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; working with dielines
  • Understanding of prepress, color reproduction (CMYK / Pantone), materials and finishing
  • Basic 3D / CGI (Blender, Cinema 4D or KeyShot) for packaging renders
  • A portfolio with real packaging — ideally shipped to production
  • A plus: product photography, motion, AI tools

We're looking for a web designer for landing pages, websites and web-service interfaces. From a Figma prototype to a finished site on Webflow / Tilda — design that's not only good-looking, but built to convert.

What you'll do

  • Design landing pages and multi-page sites tailored to brand needs
  • UI for web services: account areas, sign-in, dashboards
  • Prototypes, responsive layouts (desktop / tablet / mobile), design systems
  • Building on Webflow / Tilda or working closely with developers
  • Micro-animations and interactivity, care for detail and load speed

Sales Manager Remote · base + % on results

We're looking for a sales manager who brings in qualified leads and gets them onto a call with the team. Your zone is the top of the funnel: find, warm up, filter out the wrong fit, and hand over a warm contact ready to talk.

The core result

  • A flow of qualified leads — the right fit on task, budget and decision-maker
  • Getting a lead to a call / meeting with the team — the key metric of the role

What you'll do

  • Lead generation: inbound requests + active outreach to target segments
  • Qualification: screening out the wrong fit, checking task, budget and decision-maker
  • First-touch messaging and warming up on Telegram, email and other platforms
  • Booking and confirming calls, handing context over to the team cleanly
  • Running the CRM and funnel analytics: what lands, where it drops off

What matters to us

  • Experience selling services (digital, design, marketing, agencies — a plus)
  • Able to qualify a lead and not drag the wrong fit further down the funnel
  • Strong written and spoken communication, clear and correct
  • Systematic: CRM, regular follow-up — nothing slips
  • A grasp of what design and branding are about, to speak with clients to the point

About you

  • Proactive and results-focused — calls booked, not "sent and forgot"
  • Self-driven and disciplined about the funnel
  • Warm and even-keeled in communication
